In Hudson, hello still means something.

Welcome to Living in Hudson—a place for the stories, homes and people that give our village its character. We’re Zsolt and Rebecca, your neighbours and real estate brokers who chose to make Hudson home. Whether your family has been here for generations or you arrived more recently, pull up a chair. We’re glad you’re here.

We’re Zsolt and Rebecca

We chose Hudson as our home, and getting involved has been part of making it ours.

You may have seen Rebecca helping officiate at PorchFest or singing with the Hudson Choir. Zsolt’s years coaching HRS boys’ and girls’ hockey and Trois-Lacs girls’ soccer brought their own collection of friendships, early mornings and good memories.

That’s the Hudson we want to share here: the people, places and small discoveries that make village life worth coming back to.

An autumn portrait of Zsolt and Rebecca, with the words Our kind of fall. Our kind of place.

Our village. Your stories.

Why Hudson feels different

Some places are simply addresses. Hudson is a collection of stories: morning walks beneath old trees, familiar faces on Main Road, breakfast at Furley’s and a pint at The Cardinal.

But it’s the little things that make it home. Someone remembering your name. A neighbour lending a hand. The feeling that you belong, whether you’ve been here for generations or are just beginning your Hudson story.

A little look around our village

Favourite stops, familiar corners and somewhere new to try. Where would you take a friend spending their first afternoon in Hudson?

Our “In Hudson” postcard series

Postcard No. 1

In Hudson, hello still means something.

Every Hudson home has a story

A porch that has welcomed three generations. A garden patiently grown over decades. A kitchen that somehow became everyone’s favourite gathering place. Thousands of homes, thousands of lives, each with something different to tell.

When it’s time for a home to change hands, those differences matter. Understanding its value begins with understanding the home itself, the people it has sheltered and what comes next for the people who love it.

Whenever you’re ready for the next chapter

Perhaps you’re happily staying put. Perhaps you’re imagining a little more space, a little less upkeep or a fresh beginning. You don’t need a moving date to have a useful conversation.

Zsolt brings a background in private wealth and years of real estate experience to those conversations. Rebecca brings her curiosity, community connections and love of a good story. Together, we start by listening.
